Product Details
Multi-Layer Urethane Resin Cast Mask, Strapping Elastic, Clips, and Visor material included, Flashing: Will include Resin left around edges and Visor area. Weight: 8 oz, Dimensions: W – 7 in., H – 10.75 in., D – 3 3/4 in., Thickness: ~ 1/8 in. NOTE: Surface of cast is smooth to the touch, but will show some wet sanding lines. Products are all made by hand, and will ship in approximately 1-3 weeks.
Instructions
Prior to molding, mask master was wet sanded to 1000 grit. Cheeks may be cut out as desired. Recommendations: Before painting, wet sand mask with 400 grit sandpaper to remove any casting residue. For metallic airbrushing, wet sand to higher grits. Remember to use a primer on the mask after sanding, prior to any painting.Â

I got this mask for my Jedi Revan costume and it is absolutely amazing. It is very light and comfortable. The visor allows enough vision to make it possible to walk around a very busy convention all day. The visor that came with the mask was easy to install (with some contact glue) and it does not fog up! I had an older mask that was very heavy, uncomfortable and eas fogging up all the time. This one does not do any of those things. And whenever I plan on bringing Jedi Revan, I always pack this mask. Regarding the shape, this is obviously modeled after the newly announced Kotor Remake where Revan is sporting a slightly intricate and detailed costume with some noticebaly shinier bling. This mask is an exceptional recreation of that. I wholly recommend you get this, if you love Revan like me 🙂
